I’ll give it a try, but do they all have to be at the same time, or can I break them up through the day?

For a real challenge, do them all at one time! But, I see no issue with breaking them up at first and then going straight through once you get the hang of it 🙂

Ugh burpees! I’m not about this life! but I am doing crossfit this month so I’m sure I’ll be doing burpees anyway! 😦
