This is an awesome December fitness challenge that I found on Facebook.  I posted it on Saturday and quite a few of my friends said they would do it with me.  I’m doing this in addition to whatever workout I’m doing –  a few extra squats can’t hurt 🙂  For an even better challenge, add some weights to this; either dumbbells, squat rack or whatever else you choose.  Here’s to a firm booty and legs in January!
