I found this gem of a workout on the interwebs and gave it a try.  I was drawn to it because (1) I hate spending long periods of time on the treadmill; (2) it’s simple; (3) it’s great for those days when you want to get a good workout in but don’t have much time.  I completed the circuit 3 times (in 30 minutes) and burned 316 calories.  AMAZING!!! So, imagine the calorie burn when you do it 6 times!!! (I was working out during lunch and just didn’t have the time to keep going, so you know I was upset!) So, if you have a treadmill at home, or use one at the gym, give this a shot.  You can even up the calorie burn if you run on a slight incline to make it a bit more challenging.  Have fun!
