It’s no secret that it can be very hard to find exercise DVDs, classes at gyms, boot camps – and anything in between – that use new, hip music.  I don’t know why that’s the case, but clearly some good pop, hip hop, or even rock, can make a workout very fun.  I present Exhibit A:
