You want an easy-to-follow, killer workout? Then try the 5-4-3-2-1 Workout! It looks simple and easy, but I promise that after doing it three times in a row, you’ll feel the burn.  Want to ramp it up even more? Do 20-25 minutes of cardio beforehand! (That’s what I usually do.)

As you can see, each number represents the length of time you perform a certain exercise.  My least favorite interval? The two minutes of alternating squats with squat jumps! Just thinking about it makes my legs burn.  Enjoy 🙂
