Soda is a rarity for me.  When I do drink it, I choose a Diet Coke or Diet Ginger Ale; and lately, I’ve noticed, I can’t get through an entire bottle because the soda is too sweet! On a daily basis, I drink flavored seltzer water, still water and coffee.  (Can’t forget that nice glass of wine a few times a week, which I limit  to a 4-5 ounce serving).  Every once in awhile you need to be reminded of why you cut back on something in the first place.  This guide does that for soda: it explains how soda influences several conditions from asthma to osteoporosis.  Looks like I’ll be cutting that diet soda completely!
