I wanted to make sure I alerted all of you to the fact that today is NATIONAL RUNNING DAY! The first Wednesday of June is dedicated to the great sport of running.  A jogger myself (though I’ve slowed down some), I love the freeing feeling of jogging: it clears my mind and tones my body.  I’ve run a few 5ks, a 10k and a 10 miler.  I hope to run a 1/2 marathon one day!  It’s still not too late to get out there today!
